Timing: Luminate celebrates the ancient summer harvest festival of Lughnasadgh, which dates back at least 2000 years and was celebrated by our ancestors around the world. Being exactly mid way between the summer solstice and autumn equinox, when there is usually an abundance of crops, this was traditionally a joyous time for people to gather together, share food, music, stories, information and send gratitude to the earth mother for looking after us.

Luminate Festival Trust is very grateful to receive additional funding and individual donations. The Trust also very much appreciates all the supporters, in-kind contributors, volunteers and enthusiastic festival-goers from around this beautiful planet who help us manifest this creative vision and conscious gathering of community in the spirit of light and love.

Donations to Luminate Festival Trust are tax deductible as Luminate is a registered charity with donee status (CC43938). Contact us for more information.
