Buy my DVD here: http://bit.ly/encyclo-poi-dia2 - Wherever you create a 'loop' with your poi heads, you can "lock out" into an 'isolation'. In Flower patterns 'loops' create the "petals". If you get creative, you can use 'loops' elsewhere, in linear hand patterns for example... and thus you can "lock out" to 'isolations' in any of those patters as well.

By isolating for half a rotation during a "flower petal", you can change your poi heads from pointing IN to OUT and vice versa. Thus you can change smoothly from inspin to antispin and vice versa.
